Prideishere — Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it: unused/unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@prideishere.com with your order number, photos (if damaged/defective), and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Ship the item to the return address below:

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@prideishere.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products (special orders, monograms, etc.)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have; once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact support@prideishere.com
